El conjunto edificatorio se dispone en el eje ya mencionado Pradera de San Isidro – Parque del Retiro dialogando con la arquitectura y el urbanismo existente en la ciudad de Madrid e intentando no alterar los lugares por lo que pasa en la ciudad.
Se ha realizado un estudio previo de las zonas verdes existentes en Madrid dejando al descubierto las carencias de esta ciudad. Se ha analizado el crecimiento de la ciudad de Madrid desde el siglo IX a la actualidad y como tal el crecimiento del conjunto de las áreas verdes. En el conjunto del plano de zonas verdes actuales de la ciudad de Madrid se observa que debido a la existencia del estadio Vicente Calderón, el corredor de Madrid Río reducido en ese tramo su desarrollo, por otro lado se aprecia claramente que existe una ausencia de s zonas verdes en desde la parcela de Mahou-Calderón hasta el Parque del Retiro.
Llegado a este punto este proyecto tiene como fin imprimir un nuevo carácter a la ciudad de Madrid a través del desarrollo de zonas verdes en diferentes puntos.
La propuesta se fundamenta tratar de romper las discontinuidades y barreras que evitan el desarrollo de zonas verdes y Su programa se desarrolla a lo largo de todo el eje respondiendo a las necesidades de cada lugar de Madrid.
La propuesta se dispone en cinco pasarelas, En las cuales se ubican diferentes partes del programa y quedan conectadas visualmente a nivel de calle por la continuidad de vegetación. En la parte más elevada de cada pasarela se pueden descubrir distintas vistas de la ciudad.
El programa se desarrolla con espacios públicos de reunión y descanso con los que se complementan las diferentes actividades que se desarrollan en los estas piezas.

At this point this project is to print a new character to the city of Madrid through the development of green areas at different points. The proposal has five runways. In which different parts of the program are located and are visually connected at street level by the continuity of vegetation. In the highest part of each gateway you can discover different views of the city. The program develops public meeting spaces and rest with the different activities taking place in these parts are complementary.
